Works ship worldwide from Georgia carefully packed. Delivery usually takes 16 to 30 business days; most orders arrive within 15 business days. You receive tracking details by email as soon as the work is on its way.
Returns & Refunds
Because each work is unique and made by hand, custom and made-to-order pieces are not returnable. If a work arrives damaged, write within 14 days with photographs and we will resolve it.

Your address and contact details are used only to fulfil the order and are never shared with anyone beyond the shipping carrier.
